LISOF has opened an ‘in-house’ recruitment division.

When LISOF proposes their students to employment outlets in the industry, they do so with the intimate knowledge and understanding of their work ethic, their ability to work in a group or as a leader, and their strengths and weaknesses. After 3 to 4 years of lecturing to them and monitoring their progress, the LISOF Principal and lecturers have a rounded and in-depth perspective of each and every student.

This in-depth knowledge combined with a professional understanding of the client’s requirements provides LISOF with the expertise to propose the best ‘fit’ for the organisation.

The wide spectrum of potential candidates, qualified for proposal, include design (design/patterns) and commercial (merchandising/marketing) graduates who have excelled at LISOF.
